Ushbu siyosat "SHARQ MEBEL RASSROCHKA" MCHJ (STIR 312367802, Toshkent shahri, Uchtepa tumani, Xuroson MFY, 12-mavze) — keyingi o'rinlarda "Kompaniya" — Instagram orqali mijozlar bilan muloqotda qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishi va ulardan qanday foydalanishini tushuntiradi.

1. Qanday ma'lumotlar yig'iladi

Instagram foydalanuvchi nomi (username) va Instagram tomonidan beriladigan foydalanuvchi identifikatori;
Kompaniyaning Instagram akkauntiga yuborilgan xabarlar (Direct) va postlar ostidagi izohlar matni;
Mijoz ixtiyoriy ravishda yozgan ma'lumotlar: telefon raqami, shahar yoki viloyat, qiziqqan mahsulot.

2. Ma'lumotlardan foydalanish maqsadi

Mijozning savollariga Direct yoki izoh orqali javob berish;
So'ralgan katalog, narx va bo'lib to'lash shartlarini yuborish;
Mijoz telefon raqamini qoldirgan bo'lsa, menejer orqali bog'lanish.

Ma'lumotlar reklama maqsadida uchinchi shaxslarga sotilmaydi va berilmaydi.

3. Saqlash va himoya

Ma'lumotlar Kompaniya nazoratidagi himoyalangan serverda saqlanadi va faqat mijozlarga xizmat ko'rsatuvchi xodimlar uchun ochiq. Ma'lumotlar xizmat ko'rsatish uchun zarur bo'lgan muddat davomida, lekin 24 oydan ko'p bo'lmagan muddatda saqlanadi.

4. Meta platformasi

Xabarlar va izohlar Meta Platforms, Inc.ning rasmiy Instagram API orqali qabul qilinadi va yuboriladi. Instagram'dan foydalanish Meta'ning o'z maxfiylik siyosatiga ham bo'ysunadi.

Direct messages sent to the Company's Instagram account and comments on its posts;

To send the requested catalog, prices and installment terms;
To have a sales manager contact the customer if they left a phone number.

We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on a secured server controlled by the Company and is accessible only to staff who serve customers. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and no longer than 24 months.

4. Meta platform

Messages and comments are received and sent through the official Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
